PAKIT INC. – IN RECEIVERSHIP

On February 2, 2012, Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed receiver and manager of the assets, undertakings and property of Pakit pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 39 of the Law and Equity Act.

BUSINESS ASSETS FOR SALE

The Receiver is seeking offers to purchase the assets of Pakit, including its right, title and interests (intercompany receivable and shares) in Pakit International Trading Company Inc, a Barbados domiciled corporation that holds various patents and shares of Packaging International Technologies Inc., a Swedish company, which undertakes research and development activities for Pakit International.
